- You are the rightful owner or have permission to use and submit the audio files or materials provided to us.
- You will not upload or request us to work on content that violates copyright laws.
- You are responsible for providing accurate information and prompt feedback.
4. Intellectual Property
- Client Ownership: You retain full ownership of all original music, recordings, and creative material submitted to us.
- Production Deliverables: You also own the final product we deliver to you, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We will never share, publish, or use your music or personal information without your explicit permission.
5. Payment Terms
- Prices for services are listed on our website or agreed upon through written communication.
- Payment must be made in full before final delivery unless another arrangement is agreed upon in writing.
- Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party services.
6. Revisions & Refunds
- We offer 2 free revisions per project. Additional revisions may be subject to extra fees.
- Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and may not be issued once significant work has begun.
7. Turnaround Times
Turnaround time depends on the scope of the project and current workload. Estimated delivery dates will be provided upon project start.
8. Website Use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to access or interfere with our systems
- Upload malicious files or engage in spamming or data harvesting
9. Limitation of Liability
